This hotel is a hidden gem near the airport. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you have an early flight to catch. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable, with a bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The pool area is fantastic, with a beautiful landscape, plenty of lounge chairs, and even hammocks to relax in. Plus, the free parking in the large garage is a great bonus.

No concerns, everything was perfect!

It was comfortable, clean, and convenient to the airport. My plane from the west coast got in at 11:30 pm and they came over to the airport to pick me up promptly when I called them. My room was clean, quiet, and had the conveniences I needed. The following morning, they took me back to the airport to pick up my rental car; advised me on how to get to where I needed to go; and were very nice and professional. No bad or unexpected surprises. The only thing that would make this stay perfect would have been a good breakfast included in the price, but I guess you can't have everything.

The fact that they let me check in early (09:00 A.M ). There is a gym and nice out door pool. Also, the staff, especially the shuttle driver, was very nice and accommodating.

The wireless internet was not free.

I called the hotel from the airport asking about the shuttle service. The girl had an attitude. She did not speak clearly. She got impatient when asked to repeat. I called the airport the day before asking for the correct address to input into a GPS. We were not aware that the city was not FT Lauderdale. The gentleman who answered talked down to me like I was a peasant. He acted like he was too good to answer such a simple question. He also had an attitude. You need to realize that these employees who answer the phone give the first impression of your hotel.. The impression I got was very poor. I will be sure to give reviews indicating such.

The location was excellent, and all negatives aside what it was, was clean.

The hotel staff was rude when asking for details, they told us a price for a shuttle to the port, after checking in the price was much much more and no one had any idea why we were quoted a lower price, which is a reason we chose this place. The room and bathroom was TINY. It cost $15 for one evening of internet, I stayed at an econolodge a few weeks ago that had free internet. It felt like a tiny old hotel they try to make luxurious but didn't. There was 1980's tube TV and we paid twice what our friends paid for a much better place in the same location. We left our reading glasses in the room, not only did the hotel staff say they never found them, but were also rude to us over the phone like it was a inconvienience to check if it was left. Said they had to check and would call us back, and never called back, a hour later I had to call again and she was again rude, said the manager was not there so she could not know for sure till they were back in a few hours and our flight was leaving. Overall I would NEVER stay here!

The pool was clean and had convenient hours. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport, which made my trip hassle-free. The room service food was delicious and delivered promptly. I loved the nice atmosphere and design of the lobby.

Close to the airport for a 6AM flight, good beds and quiet room.

Unfortunately, room 609 turned out to be near a bank of 5 elevators which ran all night and disrupted sleep. Too tired to change rooms, so ask if yours is near the elevators ( which are around a corner, so not immediately noticeable!) Also, the WORST access to a hotel, no signs , near Turnpike. Everyone complains and nothing is being done about it!!

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing, always friendly, and ready to assist guests with any request or concern they may have. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with king-sized beds that provide a restful night's sleep. The breakfast at this hotel is top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The only minor improvement that could be made is updating the televisions in the rooms to newer flat screens.

I was only there for a one-night stay so I did not have the opportunity to really tour the hotel. I was very pleased that I was able to get an early check-in. A service that many hotels do not offer. This is a big, big, plus especially for weary travellers.
